Refund policy

Have you changed your mind? No worries - you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it for a full refund.

 

How to return your order:

To begin a return, simply log in to your customer account and submit a return request for your order. 

Once we have approved your request, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your order.

When we have received your retuned item(s), we will process your refund within 30 business days.

Please note that:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Before you return your order:

Please make sure that the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• The item must be accompanied by all original packaging.
• The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days. 
  

Without meeting these conditions, we cannot accept your return request.

How to exchange your order:

If you would like to exchange an item from your order for a different size or another product, simply return it to us by following the instructions above. Once your return request has been approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged items & other issues:

When your order arrives, please check it right away and contact us if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
